Ronald Garafalo is the Broker/Owner of Hudson Premium Realty and the 2026 President of the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR). A dedicated REALTOR® since 2000, Ron brings decades of leadership, industry expertise, and a passion for serving clients and advancing the real estate profession.
Prior to founding Hudson Premium Realty, Ron served as an Associate Broker and Sales Manager at John J. Lease REALTORS® in Middletown, New York. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and exceptional client service, helping buyers, sellers, investors, and fellow real estate professionals achieve their goals.
Ron has held numerous leadership positions at the local, state, and national levels. He served as President of the Orange County Association of REALTORS® in 2011 and President of the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (HGAR) in 2019. He has served on the HGAR Board of Directors for many years and was honored as HGAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2021. He has also chaired and served on several committees, including RPAC, Fair Housing, and Education.
A graduate of the 2022 NYSAR Leadership Academy, Ron has served as a NYSAR Director for more than a decade and is a strong advocate for property rights and REALTOR® advocacy. He is also a Director for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and serves on NAR's Fair Housing Committee.
In addition to his leadership roles, Ron is a highly respected real estate instructor who has educated thousands of agents throughout New York. He is especially passionate about teaching the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and helping real estate professionals build successful, ethical, and client-focused careers.
